Throughout this process, you will use your imagination to picture things, then you’ll click to reveal the meaning behind what you were visualizing.
Let’s begin: Imagine yourself on a piece of land. The land you’re on is surrounded by water. Picture this with as much detail as you can.
What terrain is the land made of?
How close or far are you to the water?
How calm or active is the water?
Now get a detailed vision of yourself getting in the water. Imagine feeling the water against your skin.
Is the water a comfortable temperature?
How much of your body is in the water?
Imagine a cup sitting on the ground. Pick it up and put water inside of it.
What is the cup made of?
How full is the cup?
Now, imagine yourself drinking the water.
How much of the water did you drink?
Did the thought of drinking the water gross you out?
Finally, picture one desk and one table somewhere on the island. The desk has a nameplate with your name on it. The table has a vase filled with roses on it. Once you’ve visualized both, go take a seat at one of them.
Which did you sit at, the desk or at the table?
How far apart are the desk and table?
So, what did you see and did you learn anything about yourself? Let’s discuss in the comments below!
